Our Process
Client Requirement Phase
Clients come to us to discuss the points that are relevant to their goals and objectives. This is a critical stage wherein we work with our clientele to develop, understand and accommodate their project specifications and discuss what steps to take.
Design Phase
We determine the look and feel of the project by building on the points established in the Client Requirement Phase. At this stage, we fine-tune the process flow, delve into a coherent storyboard and create an intensive wireframe, making sure that every prerequisite is addressed.
Development Phase
We resort to careful sprint planning to facilitate the tasks to be done, clarify all details of any product bottlenecks and their corresponding acceptance criteria, and define the work and effort needed to meet commitments. At the end of this stage, we now have a product that is loaded with all client prerequisites and ready for testing.
Production Phase
